Personalized à la carte trips
This is the kind of trip many people think of when they consider working with a travel advisor. After an initial conversation and probably a few emails or texts, I put together a proposal for you with multiple lodging, activity, and transportation options in your chosen travel location(s). I do the bulk of the research so you don’t have to. We work together to build a custom trip that fits you. When you’re traveling, I’m on hand to answer questions, and you take the lead exploring your destination.
Cruises, safaris & guided group tours
Many people wouldn’t think of working with a travel advisor to plan and book your cruise, guided group tour, or safari. Why do that when you can just book directly? But I bring a lot of added value to the process, offering research, booking, and wraparound services that you’d otherwise have to do yourself.
From putting together a comparative list of options for your adventure to accessing special travel advisor perks to helping with all your travel logistics, I make planning a cruise, safari, or guided group tour, whether for a solo traveler or a group, an easy thing to do. I do the bulk of the work so that you can relax and enjoy the journey!
All-inclusive custom trips
I have excellent colleagues around the world who will work with us to build a customized and (nearly) all-inclusive trip for you. Not only do they have extensive on-the-ground expertise, but while you’re traveling you’ll always have someone local ready to answer any questions and help you with anything that arises. These kinds of trips are wonderful options for people who don’t have time to plan or who want to arrive in a location and be taken care of from the moment they land until the moment they fly home - or off on their next adventure. My job in this partnership is to be your advocate and offer wraparound services for anything not covered by my colleagues.
Flights
Working with Fora Travel’s flight desk, I can book premium economy and above flights for you. I do the research and you get the best options. When booking with me, you’ll also get access to our dedicated 24/7 helpline in case anything goes awry. They can usually solve problems faster than the airlines. And because we book directly with the airlines, you don’t have to worry about the kind of runaround that can happen if you book with a consolidator.
Kids’ traveling sports
Let me help you make a season of kids’ activity travel easier. Your focus should be on your child and their sport or club, not on finding a hotel near the match. I’m happy to help one family or a whole team, taking hotel bookings off the to-do list for already busy parents.

Planning Fees
You’re probably wondering by now what my services cost.
Getting Started: A 30-minute initial discovery call is always complimentary. This is the perfect time for us to get to know one another, discuss your hopes for your trip, and ensure we’re a great fit. I’ll review my fees with you on this call.
No Booking Fee: If you already know exactly which hotel, cruise, or tour you want, I can handle the coordination and secure any available travel perks for you at no extra charge. I’m happy to make these bookings without a consultation call.
Custom Trips & Planning: My design fees vary based on the scope and length of the trip. Fees start at $100 and increase based on the trip complexity. After our discovery call, I’ll send you a personalized quote, often including options, so you can choose the path that’s best for you.

Charging a planning fee gives me the freedom to design a trip intentionally tailored to you—focusing on your priorities, interests, and budget, rather than prioritizing commissions. How It Works
Step 1: Reach Out
Get in touch with me via my contact form or send me an email sharing some information about your trip. Once I hear from you, I’ll reach out to schedule your discovery call.
Step 2: Discovery Call
After I get your initial inquiry, I’ll send you a calendar link for us to schedule a call. This is where we’ll talk about your vision for your trip and the services I offer. This call is always complimentary. After our call, I’ll email you a summary of our conversation and include information about whether or not a planning fee will be required for your trip. I’ll also include details for next steps.
Step 3: Proposal Creation & Review
Once you’ve confirmed that you’d like my help planning your trip, I’ll put together everything we discussed, combined with my expertise and research, and create a proposal tailored to you. Together we’ll work to refine it and create an experience that fits your needs and wants.
Step 4: Booking & Trip Support
As soon as you confirm your itinerary and booking preferences, I’ll make reservations and confirm the various aspects of your trip. In cases where I’m not able to book things for you (certain transportation and tourist attractions), I will provide all the information you need to make the bookings yourself. After everything is set, I remain your point of contact for your trip, handling behind-the- scenes details and answering your questions so you can focus on your upcoming adventure.
